"Sweetheart, isn't that the guy from the gym you're always telling me about?" Your heart stops. You knew showing her a picture of your personal trainer slash gym crush was a mistake. Now, here she was, pointing him out in the grocery store while you were just trying to help her out with some errands.
"Oh, my god, Mom. Don't look at him!" You hiss, trying to get her to go to a different aisle.
"Why?" She laughs at your torment. "He's cute! Maybe I should tell him what you said about his biceps the other night. What was it? Something like-" You're quick to cut him off.
"No, Mom, please don't tell him I said that," you beg, already embarrassed.
"Go ask him out, then."
"What?" You pale.
"Go ask him, or I'll tell him what you really think about his muscles," she shrugs casually.
"I'll remember this when you need to be put into a nursing home..." you grumble. Still, you do as she says, taking a breath before turning to approach him. "Hey, Changbin..." You smile, albeit a bit awkwardly.
"Oh, hey! I thought that was you over there," he smiles back easily.
"Yeah, I was gonna let you shop in peace, but, um... I guess I wanted to ask you something since we're, like, not in the gym, or whatever..." You know your face is red, and you're already stumbling over your words. There's no way he's saying yes.
He tilts his head in confusion, but nods for you to continue anyway. "Sure. What's up?"
"Would you wanna go out some time? Like, on a date. With me."
"What?" He laughs softly, clearly not having expected you to ask that.
"I just... From the first second I saw you, I couldn't get over how beautiful you are, and then you turned out to also have a beautiful personality, and I know it's probably inappropriate because you're my trainer, so I can switch to Chan or whatever, but I really, really like you, and I'd love to go on a date with you..." You trail off, finally taking a breath after your ramble.
He blinks in surprise, but there's a fond smile on his face from your rambling. "I'd really like that."
"Really?" Your eyes widen.
"Yeah," he nods. "You actually just beat me to the punch. I told myself I'd ask you after our session on Thursday."
You two talk a bit more, deciding that you'd just leave the gym together on Thursday for a post-training date. A few moments later, you return to your mom.
"It went well, I assume?" She smiles smugly, adding a can of soup to her cart.
"Shut up..." You huff, failing to hide your soft smile and still pink cheeks.

my ideas being NOT FORGOTTEN SUDDENLY😤 and my fav ficwriters having their requests open never coincide (is it even a word? like, match/align, you know?), but wow, i suddenly have a headcanon/sudden possible cuteness aggression trigger for you: skz dressing up/picking up an outfit/in some other way taking care of their skzoo's clothes? like, buying, washing, ironing, cause they are wearing clothes, right? i mean, not going commando like winnie the pooh😂😂i kinda imagine a certain dark rapper projecting his love for not so dark shade of sky blue onto his companion, and that precious little walking piece of bacon refusing vehemently, like a human teen xdd
also, idk, would it be too dark, if baby Bbokkie gets into a bit of a trouble/fight with some other "kid" saying smth not very nice abt Lixie's looks and fashion choices being different from a regular mid dude?
i actually absolutely LOVE this and might actually do headcanons about how the kids dress their skzoo vs how the skzoo would dress themselves 😭😭 (and YES they are clothed and i’ve actually wondered if i should explicitly state that so consider this as me doing that.)
bc like you said with binnie specifically, i could see him and dwaekki FULLY arguing over outfits bc i actually headcanon that dwaekki makes the color pink his ENTIRE personality and let me tell you he would hate it if bin tried to dress him in blue bc excuse me??? that’s not his color
i also feel like bbokari (similar to felix) would be a pretty little princess but also secretly feral. so just to be clear, i AM in fact working your idea into their story. bc 100% (going back to the first part) she’s felix’s little doll in that she is ALWAYS in bows and dresses and he buys her all the cute things, but one day he picks her up from daycare and her dress is ripped and he could’ve swore he put a bow in her hair this morning. why is it just a ribbon? and her teacher is just like… there was this little raccoon and they were talking a BAM bbokari had him pinned, feathers and fur everywhere.

idk, is it too obvious on "let's do the opposite of skz canon", but i bet Wolfchan is clumsy and MESSY, Dwaekki has a soft quiet voice (and overall is a shy baby, i'm sure:)), and i swear, Leebit and PuppyM are polite, calm babies, and absolutely not some bratty menaces 😄😄but Bbokkari is most definetely a badass chick! And idk, either Jiniret or Quokka must be one of those acting older than they are kids, "pleasure to have in class", that already can read and write very well, know a lot, and go around spewing random facts about something specific (maybe dinosaurs?) at most unexpected moments (when daddy is just about to kiss mommy, uh-huh))
ahhhh, idk, i am already getting the feels (that i never felt reading dad!skz fics somehow) from the idea of skz taking care of their respective skzoos, like feeding them, bathing, soothing them if theu are crying over smth that happened during daycare (like, maybe, they've lost a fav toy or smth? had a fight with someone?), my hearteuuuu🥲💕💕💕

may i suggest binnie actually do refuse to eat smth sweet in the next chapter?? like dwaekki said, he spends lots of time in gym and knows what ppl say behind his back (dumb assholes, that back can only be discussed in this 🤤 emoji terms), so like, throw in some body-consciousness and self-doubt, maybe? imagine how sad the reader might be since they prepared that specifically in hopes that guy with a hybrid dropes by...🤞
yes! that’s definitely planned for the next part!! he basically just took one this time to prove a point or to make it seem like dwaekki was just saying stuff to say stuff, although i know i didn’t really express that (it’ll come later trust) but yes! changbin being a bit insecure will be a major plot point for his series 🙂↕️
also i saw your other ask and thank you so much!! i immediately went to fix the pronouns! i always want ppl to let me know if i've specified gn!reader and have accidentally messed that up. i know i often write for a fem!reader, and thats really just bc im a female so thats what my brain reverts to, but i want as many ppl as possible to be able to enjoy my fics. so thanks for letting me know!
