Alt procul flag

I've been wanting to make an alternative procul flag for a while because the color palette of the original flag really hurts my eyes (my whole blog here is kind of dedicated to that now lol/sorry bold colors are my enemy). After many, many, designs, I finally ended with one that satisfied me.
→ Procul: "Procul’ is Latin for ‘far away’ or ‘from a distance,’ and describes someone who has attraction/feelings only for people they're sure they can never be in a relationship with, like fictional characters, celebrities, etc.

• Meanings:
I decided to preserve some of the original color palette so as not to make something totally unrecognizable, but I opted for a more 'dynamic' (not the right word, but english is failing me today) design. The central red stripe, dividing the other two stripes, represents distance, alluding to the etymology of the term. The yellow circle in the upper right corner represents the sun, alluding to the concept of being attracted to someone you know you can't reach.
