Hi! I was trying to download this hair by ProfesionalPartyGuest and the links for it, as well as the dress, don't work anymore. The creator is on a hiatus and doesn't have their asks enabled. I tried looking here beforehand and in a SFS folder where they reuploaded a lot of their cc but they weren't anywhere. I think it might be an old WIP based on this retexture/alpha edit of Myos FHair 11? I've looked around a few times since you asked and this is my best guess.
Hm... There are so many CC creators, it's so hard just to pick one. That being said, @whattheskell's repository project is a godsend for all that slightly unusable Maxis clothing. Another honourable mention in that regard is @executables-sims, who does gorgeous "extreme" maxis match stuff.

Popularity! I'm annoyed by my Sims burning their house down every time they make Mac and cheese, but relationships are the basis of my gameplay, so popularity it is.

7. Do they have any unusual fears?
Jonas is wary of dogs. He'd say it's rational to be wary of something that can bite your finger off. He wouldn't like to be asked what his problem with spiders is, then.
18. How easy is it to become their enemy?
A lot easier than becoming his friend! Jonas truly knows how to provoke people. He doesn't usually bother to start fights, though. He only acts as an asshole enough to keep most away.
50. What is your favorite thing about them?
He's generally pretty complex and I love writing him, but maybe my favorite thing would be how good he's at reading people. He's completely capable of being a manipulative jerk but sometimes he also seems more manipulative than he tries to be. He can't help but notice more than people mean to let out; combined with his poor impulse control, he tends to always be one slip away from a disaster.
