Postcanon AU where after a particularly scary incident Wordgirl and his henchmen get Dr. Two Brains to get medical care and just having a WttB(Window to the Brain... Which is an actual thing unfortunately due to some kind of messed up real world experiments done on mice) cover for it to prevent infections and swelling and getting medication(there are many medicines that work in mouse trials but have no affect on humans) regularly means he still has the urges but they're more manageable. At first he stays a villain, but looking less terrifying on its own turns out to lower his villain ranking and he eventually realizes he's not really feeling it anymore now. When Squeaky is healthier and not swelling he's more manageable. I'm thinking all the medication names are stupid puns like mousatonin. He becomes her mentor again but now in like... How villains think (half the time it only applies to him). It's awkward and bittersweet and absurd. He writes a new book about it confusingly titled Supervillains and You: a Practical Guide(Hero Edition). He occasionally relapses, but is trying his best.
