Watching Transformers Animated "SUV: Society of Ultimate Villainy"

Guess he traded up from being bossed around by Screamer....

Hindsight note: I'm WAAAAY more lenient on this episode in hindsight than I was the first time around.

Wah wait a minute that guy from season 1 who got all aged in reverse is totally fine now? Kinda sucks out the tragedy a little.

Bumblebee are you ever gonna learn a primus-damned lesson? You keep making the same stupid mistakes over and over again and not learning.

I feel like Professor Princess is either a) a take that to all the angry parents complaining about the car robot toys that blow each other up or b) a My Little Pony parody. I'm gonna go with the latter.

No offense to this quirky squad of human villains, I love the comic books-ness and all but -

Megsy where the hell are you!? I feel like you got more shit done as a severed head in the basement last season than now when you're at full power!

Like seriously season 2 has been soooo much slower than season 1. Season 1 had this slow-building feeling of dread and momentum all building up to that glorious climax. This season feels really slow, like they're stuck advertising all these new toys and can't keep up the momentum.

OK the new lady villain is kind of cool. But hey yay there's an actual decepticon in this episode! Kind of.

Swindle! Right one of the Combaticons. I guess he's a little more independent in this show.

Very interesting how Megsy sounds so disgusted with Sindle for his sell-out ways. This Megs has standards. Adds to my theory that TFA Megs isn't completely despicable, despite the way he's talked about.

Anyway we get a neat little gambit pileup towards the climax and they STICK SWINDLE IN VEHICLE MODE. Holy crap.

Once again I repeat - DO NOT GET CAUGHT BY THE AUTOBOTS. They will imprison you forever in your own body and laugh as humans rip you apart for scrap. Yikes.
