I love those au's where Optimus ends up sent back in time to long before Megatron became the bot that raged war on Cybertron for power, back to when he was just a miner bot named D-16.

In this case I got struck with the idea of Optimus (under the false identity of Orion Pax) decides to sneak D-16 out during a meteor shower after being told Dee has never seen one. Tho I don't think D-16 is really looking at the shooting stars 🤭
