You can literally call it Whatever you want. 

It’s like a weird triangle. I wouldn’t say they are complete Opposites, but Alpha isn’t the same as Beta, and Beta isn’t the same as Omega and Omega isn’t the same as Alpha. 

I use “Het-Dynamic” as a basic way to describe-for example: Alpha / Omega Relationship, or a Beta/Alpha relationship, Beta/Omega. 

Also, to answer your last question. 

This is an Alternate Universe where ( at least in my AU) the Dynamics (or 2nd Gender) plays a bigger role than our basic Genders. 

You can define “Straight” however you want. It’s your AU.

Depends on your AU, some only have the two on the neck. Some have way more. For example, I think the most I've menetion was 6, two on the neck, one on each writs, and one on each leg (ususally inner thigh).
