Hello!! I'm a new blog hoping to spread more positivity in the fujoshi and fudanshi communities.

To get it out of the way:

1. I'm LGBT+

2. I am over 18 years old.

3. I support all fiction! No matter what it is, as long as you're enjoying it in fiction, it's cool by me.

4. Call me whatever you like! I don't plan on giving out my name or any specific personal details ever. I do really like Kokichi from DR V3, if you want to just use his name... Or OP... Or whatever, it's cool.

With all of the ranting and whining against fujoshi lately, I figured a little positivity here and there would keep moral..  

But damn you guys rock 🤘 Thank you for all the contributions you make and all the joy you bring. I know it’s easier said than done, but don’t let the hate get you down. Life is better enjoyed when you make the things you like and share it with people who also like it.

A serious question, here. 

When exactly did fujoshi become synonymous with objectification?  This seems like a recent thing, to me.  As long as I've known the word, the definition of fujoshi has always meant, simply, a fan of mlm. 

I've also only really seen fujoshi twisted into something so disgusting here on Tumblr.  I really don't understand why it means something bad here, specifically.  Not that it should come as much of a surprise, considering all the other misused terms that get tossed around.
