Hey what if I tried to plot out the entire DSMP through memes?
Wouldn’t that be stupid right?

Project Delphi - A summary
Project Delphi is best summarized thus:
A shared, co-operative, narrative experience that gives you the opportunity to take all of those boring, mundane, and banal things in our lives that result in conflicts, anxieties, and fears - and dress them up in spooky clothes and shoot them like a monster. It will allow you to work through those disparate, abstract, and every-day situations symbolically - and it may even allow for you to effect some kind of resolution.
It sounds a lot more ambitious than it is; it's a role playing game. It's s series of established tropes (and an existing intellectual property), but we're doing our damnedest to make sure that it, us, and you are fully aware of the important part in all of this;
The collective narrative.
Projects: Or a Handy Guide to my Pretentiousness
Most of you that follow me do so because of my original posts regarding Buddhism. Lately, I haven't been posting as much about Buddhism and this is a trend I expect to continue. This is not the result of waning interest or practice, it is actually the direct result of the opposite. I'm too busy learning to adequately present myself as some kind of authority. I have discovered that volume of my ignorance is vast indeed, and for now I'm going to specifically avoid trying to fill that space with the sound of my own voice. This is not to say I won't be posting about Buddhism, I will, I just won't be doing it as frequently. I recently begun practice with a new Sangha, and thus far it has enhanced my practiced and added a new level of depth; I intend to explore this for the time being.
That said, I will shift focus somewhat and post more about my various projects I'm working on, most of which are of a literary nature. You can expect more posts on writing -the process, etc, and more posts OF writing as I leak samples of my various works.
I'm pouring over my two copies of the Egyptian 'Book of the Dead'. I have an excellent copy of E.a. Wallis Budge's translation with hieroglyphs and a less than stellar copy of Faulker's translation. I'm doing chapter by chapter comparisons. Which means I'm working on my older project #GFbD, instead of working on my more current one #Project Delphi. And yes, I enjoy being cryptic.
New project - Project Delphi
So, here is my informal announcement. We have a new project on the table and it's considerably different from past/current projects - it's a table-top role playing game.
We're referring to it as Project Delphi for now [Previously known as Project Demon, but don't worry we aren't talking about this]. Delphi is just a project title as we're working with an existing intellectual property and we haven't finalized anything on the actual rights to that intellectual property just yet.
If we don't end up with the IP, we can still release, it just won't be as...'cool'? We can't make a formal announcement yet, for obvious reasons, and I can't even get into game-play/mechanics yet as those are under heavy construction.
The TL;DR - I may be able to tell you something cool later.
/This post has no point.
We hope to have something up and out about the project in about 3 months or so, but our timetables are highly variable yet.
