Project Batwings is quite a fun little project of mine. So far it’s going well me thinks. Here’s a few exercises I did for the project today minus the wide grip pulldowns and reverse grip pulldowns that I didnt take a video of 🦇 First video is of rack pulls, Im not that good at them YET but that’s why we do them to get better. 2nd & 4th Video are Dumbbell Rows making sure I get a good stretch of the lat first before I pull and squeeze. 3rd Video is the Pulley.
