I have done nothing since my last post. Except make food
I also planned out a new lifting split that I will be starting on Monday at my new gym. Its the modified version of MTL's Summer Challenge from ProjectLifting. I may need to put Legs day earlier in the week but I made an excel chart to bring in with me and keep track!
Also I am planning to incorporate HIIT training into my workout instead of cardio. After being a cardio zombie for the better part of college my body just doesn't respond to it like it used to and I think this will be a good way to shock it into burning fat. Basically I just really want a six-pack.
Anyway I'm really excited about all of that and it really cleared up today so I'm going to do HIIT today okay thats all BYE!
