Yesterday's cross border run to pick up some outliers on #projectrainpark was scuppered by the disastrous weather. While we managed to get a few home projects done, it was a pretty laid back day epitomized by this picture of Layla and Coach, chilling on the sofa. #simplesaturdays #puglife (at Bramalea, Ontario)
All were waiting on for the to be 100% complete is the @ariavent tiled insert. The Boys' washroom at #projectrainpark turned out as envisioned. Classy with a subtle hint of masculinity. The dual mirrors barely reveal the custom built medicine cabinets behind them. Three sconces in black and gold flank the mirrors and a single ceiling fitting illuminates the space. A long floating vanity from @mutikb complements the warm grey tiles and pulls the space together. The tub area was completely rebuilt and enlarged to a custom wall to wall and floor to ceiling shower cubicle with a large back lit niche and floor to ceiling glass enclosure. All tile work by the extremely talented Karl @interiorimprovements.ca There is still one little item pending on this washroom that I have planned. At #projectrainpark we had new windows installed. The older units were 18 years old and had lost their insulating properties. We opted for one picture window and one casement windows minus the distracting mullions and muntins.
