in 2016, when Courtney, also known as ProjectSNT, released the series of videos concerning her old comics featuring the OC known as SNT, culminating in enemies to lovers yuri the Burning Knuckles special, SEGA had to completely redo their currently-in-development project featuring that exact plotline, and make it completely different.

Thus, this is why Sonic Forces features an OC main character on an adventure with Sonic, with very little cutscenes between missions. The story had to be redone from scratch to remove any similarities with peak fiction.

I never played a Sonic game in my life besides Sonic Unleashed on the PS3, and here I am making gay fanart for a Sonic Oc and her creator.
