I decided only the day before that I was going to attend, and was able to put together this almost-complete-closet Rufio cosplay in less than a day. I used clothing, left over fabric & accessories I already had. Just had to buy a red wig, cut style & spray paint black. Made the wig in 2.5 hrs. Even though it's a closet cosplay, it's still one of my favorites to wear and have only done minor upgrades since. Anyways.....Who will I see at SacAnime this weekend!? Storyboard Artist Needed

Calling all storyboard and/or comic artists!

If you haven’t heard already, we’re working on an animated Rufio film (www.projecttrihawk.com) with rufiozuko himself, chronicling how he became a legend in Neverland! But we need some help. We need a storyboard/comic artist versed in action and comedy to help deliver our upcoming trailer.

If you’re interested, here’s what we’re looking for:

Storyboard Artist or Comic Artist with experience in action and comedy

Some experience working in animation would be a huge plus!

Able to take direction and deliver in a timely manner

Must have Photoshop or ToonBoom/Storyboard Pro (we use photoshop mainly for everything else)

Easily available for communication via email/facebook/skype/sms

Able to work remotely. We all work from home, but occasionally hold meetings locally (but if you’re out of state/country, no problem!)

Able to dedicate at least 4-8 weeks and possibly more, depending circumstances

Right now, this is a non-paid gig. Everyone currently working with us, is contributing their own time and talent for this passion project, aside from their full time jobs in the animation industry. If you’re still up to the task and wanna be part of something freakin’ cool, then shoot us an email with subject “TRIHAWK Artist Submission” and a link to your website, blog, and/or demo reel to [email protected]. Submissions will be accepted until February 20th.

What’s up tumblr! You may have seen us post a few things with #projecttrihawk and while the project isn’t ready for release yet, we’re asking for your help! If you haven’t guessed already, Project Trihawk is a new animated adventure that will tell the origins of how Rufio came to Neverland and became king of the Lost Boys. 

This is where you guys come in! If we want this to happen, we’ll need your help in spreading the word and to do that, we’ll be using thunderclap. If you haven’t used it before, it’s a social media platform that helps people send out their message with the combined efforts of their supporters. They describe it as like an “online flash mob”. All you have to do is pledge a tweet, tumblr or facebook post that will send out our message at a certain time and day.
