It was your wakening from Cryo-Sleep, that lead to your first ever encounter with David. At first, like the others you were unsure of his presence and what it meant for the mission. Although, over time you had begun to become intrigued by him.

Taking the chance to truly know David, and to try to see him as something other than a machine.

Learning to trust, and be comfortable around him, much easier than the others.

David learning much about humans through his time with you.

Developing hobbies together, such as playing chess or even stargazing. In those moments, you both engage in deep, and vulnerable conversations. Which, allow you to both build a profound trust and connection with each other.

David always trying to lighten the mood with silly coin tricks or bad jokes.

Him inevitably making you laugh.

Watching movies together.

Him defending you from those who judge you for your friendship with him.

You defending him from the cruely of the other crewmembers.

In the end, the friendship that you and David share gives him the closest thing to what it feels like to be human…

Imagine: Consoling David When Some Of The Other Crew Members Are Cruel To Him.

The sound of Y/N’s L/N’s footsteps echoed across the air, as she made her way through the ship in search of David 8, the android assigned to the Prometheus mission. She had not seen David in several hours, not after the events that had taken place earlier that evening in the commissary. When David had been subjected to the unnecessary cruelty of his fellow very intoxicated crew mates. As she entered the lab, the one place she knew he may hide himself away her gaze landed on the blonde-haired synthetic who was sitting on a stack of boxes, his gaze deeply focused on the floor.

Y/N let out a deep breath, before stepping inside. “David?”

David’s head peered up, at the sound of the familiar voice. His gaze meeting hers, as he began to straighten himself up. “Miss L/N?”

“David… Are you okay?”

“Yes. I’m quite alright.” He titled his head, as he observed her. Wondering what she had needed. “I was merely taking some time to run some diagnostics. Was there something you needed?”

Of course, Y/N was smarter than that. It was clear David’s feelings or what he felt as close to them, had been hurt. And? He didn’t want to admit that. She stepped closer to him, her expression softening. “David, I saw what happened in the commissary.”

David blinked, as his mind went back to the incident. “You did?”

She nodded. “I did.”

“Is that why you’re here?” David raised a curious eyebrow. As he pushed himself up to his feet, and stepped towards her.

“David…” She pursed her lips, as she tried to gather her words. “I’m sorry for what they said and did to you. Pushing you around like that and calling you those names? It wasn’t right.”

“There is no need to apologize.” He said. “ Our comrades were merely having a bit of fun, and let the drinking get to their heads. That is all.”

“That’s not an excuse to treat you like shit.”

“It’s all said and done now. Nothing that I can do about it.” He pointed out.

“David…” She took another step towards him, her gaze never leaving his. She knew everyone saw him as merely a tool for their own disposal. But her? She always saw him as something more. Something…Real perhaps? “No matter what anyone says, just because you aren’t human doesn’t mean you aren’t real. You are. They are just too stupid and ignorant to see that like I do.”

A flicker of what appeared to be surprise filled David’s gaze. “You…believe that?”

She gave a faint, genuine smile. “I do.”

In that moment, it seemed David had felt what might have been… Affection. Warmth even. It seemed her words had resonated deeply with him, even if his programming didn’t fully understand it. His own expression softened, and his mouth curled up into a soft smile as well. “Well, thank you. I do certainly appreciate the kind words.”

She shrugged her shoulders slightly. Smile never faltering, only growing. “It’s okay. That’s what friends are for.”

“Yes, I suppose so.” He tells her.

Imagine: Adrian Chase Falling In Love With You When He Meets You

You noticed the young man standing next to your close friend Oliver Queen. Although you were curious and thought he was quite handsome you kept the serious and intimidating look on your face.

“Ollie mind telling me who this is.” You said as you walked into Oliver’s office with your phone in one hand and purse swinging from your left arm.

He was about to speak up when the young man beat him to it. 

“My name is Adrian Chase I’m the new District Attorney nice to meet you miss.” Adrian smiled extending his hand out.

He was stunned by your beauty and confidence, Adrian could feel his heart racing as he locked his eyes with your e/c ones. He noticed the way your dress formed and hugged every curve of your body and the way your heels clicked with every step you took. Although you had makeup on he liked how you kept it natural and light. 

Your hair was pulled back making you look very professional and classy. Adrian knew he was starting to feel something for you he just didn’t know how it seemed to happen so quick. 

“Thank you Mr. Chase it’s nice to meet you as well I’m Y/N” You said shaking his hand. 

“Call me Adrian please and Y/N, what a beautiful name.” Adrian winked before taking back his hand once he finishing shaking yours. 

“Well I better get working I have a busy day today. Ollie I will be in my office if you need anything. Adrian, it was nice meeting you.” You said smiling a bit.

Adrian smiled and Oliver nodded before saying, “Of course.”

You walked away across the hallway where your office was.

“Did you seriously just flirt with her?” Oliver asked Adrian once you left.

“Yeah but I don’t think she appreciated it.” Adrian said scratching the back of his head.

“Look I’ve known her for years Y/N is like a sister to me if you really like her you need to show it with your actions. The good ones are never easy.” Oliver said.

“I never thought you would help me out, thank you Mr. Queen.” Adrian said.

“Call me Oliver and it’s no problem I’ve been there before so I know how it feels just don’t be an idiot and actually show her that you care about her.” Oliver stated.

“Yes of course.” Adrian replied.

Little did Oliver know that in a matter of months Adrian Chase would become his worst enemy. Although falling in love with you wasn’t a part of Adrian’s plan maybe your love could warm this cold man’s heart since he already knew what he wanted to do with Oliver and those that he cared about.

A/N: After finishing season 5 of Arrow I am happy to announce that I’m now accepting Adrian Chase/Prometheus imagines so go to my ask and request some!

You woke up with a throbbing pain in your head. Slowly you adjusted to the lights as you opened your eyes. You lifted your hand to wipe off the blood that had trickled from your head. But when you tried you realized that your hands had been tied together, as well as your legs. 

“Shit, fuck.” You cursed as you realized what had happened. 

The last thing you remembered was trying to fight off Prometheus after he broke into your home. Since your best friend Oliver Queen, the Green Arrow had taught you how to defend yourself you were an expert in hand to hand combat. However, your skills meant nothing to Prometheus because although you put up a fight all it took was one hit to your head for him to knock you out.

The door to the cell that you were being held in opened and in came Adrian Chase with the Prometheus suit on.

“It can’t be.” You said.

“Oh but it can. Poor little Y/N didn’t even realize her own boyfriend was the Throwing Star Killer.” Adrian chuckled as he bent down next to you but you moved yourself to the corner of the cell trying to get away from him as much as you could.

“You are a psychopath I never should have trusted you. You disgust me and you stopped being my boyfriend the day I found out you were Prometheus.” You stated.

Adrian lunged at you cupping your face with his hands. 

“You listen here baby girl, you will always be my girlfriend no matter what. It’s you and I till the end until death do us apart.” Adrian whispered in your ear causing you to turn away in disgust.

Noticing this Adrian forced you to look at him, you squirmed like an animal trying to get out of the predator’s grip but it was no use. 

“What do you want? Why are you doing this?” You asked.

“I want you and just you only princess.” Adrian ran his fingers through your hair. “I’m doing this because your best friend Ollie killed my father and now I’m going to take everyone he loves starting with Thea and ending with the team.” 

“Don’t you dare hurt my friends hurt me all you want but not them.” You said.

“I’m not planning on hurting you Y/N, you have something inside of you very important and dear to me.” Adrian placed his hand on your stomach, your baby bump. 

Your eyes widened in realization and your heart beat sped up.

“H-How did you k-know?” You asked as tears slid out of your eyes. 

He knew you were pregnant.

“You are so clueless yet so beautiful. I secretly followed you when you went to the doctor’s appointment last month. I also hacked into the system and saw the ultrasound of our two adorable babies.” 

Not only had Adrian confessed to following you, hacking the doctor’s ultrasound equipment but he also seemed happy to know that you were pregnant.

“I will do whatever I can to protect them from you, they don’t deserve to know that their father was a manipulating, psychotic murderer.” You spat.

“People change Y/N and you aren’t separating me from the twins. You and I are going to raise them together and we will live happily together.” Adrian stated kissing you on the lips.

You didn’t kiss back, you were full of disgust and anger. 

Why was this happening? You could only hope this nightmare would come to an end. Authorities were looking for Adrian and you prayed that they would find you both so you could be free again.
