his role in the prometheus ship is one that most would consider “obsolete”. in an age where corporations dismiss their workers’ mental health and most would reach to/are offered androids, a human psychologist feels archaic. in an effort of appearing more “progressive”, and after many years of legislations and public demand, weyland corp reinstated human-led psych evaluations. the protocols are very outdated and surface level, but liv refuses to treat them that way. he goes beyond his duties, checking in on every crewmember with genuine care, striving to humanize them in a system that sees them only as replaceable parts.
