@amaterasususanno had a wonderful idea, and started @promote-yourself, a blog just to provide a place for authors and artists to promote their works!
This is such a fantastic premise, because it can often feel very overwhelming and impossible to break into a fandom, especially if you don't know anyone yet. There are very few creators who enjoy doing their work in a void, and this is a great way to get your voice heard, show off a little, make friends and ask questions.
Works from any fandom can be submitted (there is a post with details here).
So this morning Peach was mistakenly under the impression that today is Sunday, so she announced on the discord that reveals would be within six-to-twelve hours. Since no one on there had any objections, Iโm just gonna lean in to my mistake.
I have so much gratitude to all our participants, and extra special thanks go to @thewaythatwerustโ, @artgroves, @call-me-kayyyyyโ and @fontainebleau22โ for pinch-hitting. Without all of you, this event wouldnโt have been so much of a success, and I really hope you all come back again next year!
