“The wildlife here really is.. something else.” Plucking yet another unfamiliar plant, Nam twisted the stem between his fingers, watching the vibrantly colored flower sway. He probably shouldn’t be touching anything since he couldn’t tell if what he was poking at was poisonous or not, but his curiosity got the best of him. Slapping the specimen against his arm, he watched for a moment as the plant melded into ink against his skin. He’d take a look at it later, and see if it matched up to any plants he knew from home.
Getting to his feet, Nam brushed off his palms, frowning a bit at the colorful stains that the flower had left. Maybe I should have worn gloves. His musings were cut short on noticing a faint clicking sound.
Deciding to inspect the source, Nam didn’t have to look far before noticing a striking, gravity defying spike of blonde hair. Now, the other student’s name slipped his mind, but the hair, that he remembered.
“You’re the one who whips out his camera during combat practice, aren’t you?”
