Mmm... Now I'm thinking about prophet hive with kinda exhibitionist(? I don't know what to even call Her here) Mekhane, where initially when Lova asks Roberta into bed, she rejects. But then, she gets a dream or some other message from Mekhane that tells her to accept. Because Mekhane wants/has always wanted to be with Lova in some way, but never could due to the fact that She's floating around in pieces in space. So, instead She will experience Lova through Roberta...
Roberta enjoys it, but she also can't really figure out if she ever would've done it in the first place if Mekhane hadn't told her to, and so she's left in this weird place where she doesn't entirely feel it was consensual, even though she liked it.
And of course, the angst when/if Lova ever figures out why Roberta changed her mind, and her being absolutely livid at Mekhane...
I think prophet hive baby would grow up extremely educated on history and the arts and other things like that, given their parents. I think the only other kid who would rival their knowledge might be Nadox and Derdekeas's kid, but Nadox and Derdekeas were wandering the desert for a while and as far as I know weren't actually interacting that much with the outside world? Lova and Robert meanwhile were there for many, many historical events, and watching the world's technology slowly advance with time...
Basically I'm saying they'd be a little teacher's pet (affectionately)
Ough I keep thinking heavily about prophet hive...
Both the goofy friendship antics and angst potential are out of control.
They spend an entire day together gossiping and shit-talking royalty behind their backs, and trying to find subtle ways to crash the party, but when they go home they feel guilty, like they've just committed a terrible sin.
It's bad enough that they are around each other consistently without fighting, it's worse that they're enjoying themselves.
Thinking so hard about prophet hive right now.
I imagine they're the type of friends to try kissing each other Once "for science" and then make the "ew cooties" face at the other. And agree to never speak about it again.
The more I'm working out my timeline the more insane some age gaps and just general knowledge the characters have(?) become.
Like, Lovaion have about a 100-200 year age gap. But shockingly, Lovataar is NOT the older one here...
Prophet hive also have about a 500 year age gap. And that is sad because that means Robert #2 is literally too young to remember an Amoni-Ram not embroiled in war...
