Today, Judge Sharon Gleason told @troutunlimited, Bristol Bay organizations and other groups their lawsuit against the EPA for arbitrarily withdrawing safeguards for the region’s fishery, called the Proposed Determination, is dismissed. . Trout Unlimited’s Alaska Program Director Nelli Williams said “We’re disappointed this case was not allowed to proceed and are considering our options. Regardless, we remain committed to doing everything in our power to safeguard Bristol Bay.” . Let’s make it very clear: this is not over. We are not done fighting.
