An enterprise must create financial, social, and/or natural wealth. Financial profit is merely the means through which the enterprise achieves its objectives.
Constitutionality: Prop 4
http://www.rhrealitycheck.org/node/8652
Summary: This article is about the constitutionality of Prop 4. Prop 4 says that teenagers need to discuss abortion decisions with their parents before being able to go through with it. The Constitution gives each person the right to privacy, therefore making Prop 4 seem unconstitutional. Even though teenagers may need consent for something like medication or ear piercings, there hasn't been a necessity for parental consent on contraceptives because sexual health is such a sensitive area with teenagers. Also, discussing abortion with parents may lead to domestic violence or delays on the abortion.
Commentary: I do not think that teenagers should need parental consent to get an abortion. A lot of teenagers have abusive parents and could end up being abused for such actions. This proposition takes away our privacy. Sexual decisions among teenagers are often kept to themselves because it is a very sensitive subject, especially if you do not have that type of relationship with your parents. Again, the Constitution gives us the right to privacy, and by forcing us to discuss these things with our parents you are taking away our privacy rights. Teenagers who become pregnant should be able to decide the outcomes for themselves. A lot of teenagers will discuss these situations with their parents anyways, so it can be assumed that the ones who don't have good reasons for not doing so. Let teenagers have their privacy.
