Watched this video (ca. 2,5 minutes) where a bunch of evangelicals come into a witchcraft store and I love how the owner explains to them that she isn't interested in their attempts of proselytism. She also asks them, "Have you heard about Aphrodite? Or Hekate? I think they are amazing deities and you could read something about them." Later, she tells them to move onto the next location and that the conversation is over.

It's all "consent matters" and "respect boundaries" until the consent and boundaries involve being blessed, then it's "why is everyone so sensitive/reactive you're being stupid it's not a big deal people are just being nice".

I see a lot of vegans proselytizing veganism and thats counterproductive. just be you. the more you try to tell someone the way you think they should live the more resistance they will develop. its good to raise awareness but when its unsolicited its forced and thats not right. its a balance. ive been vegan and vegetarian for most of my life. i followed a wise one. the wise one never told me what to do they just allowed me to seek. i still seek wisdom and it always pays off.
