just lettin everyone know, recently Pony Town (at least on the safe server ^^) has been banning people with the name "Pro-Chan" for "provocative behavior" so far it seems to only be one-day suspensions. But I still wanted to give you all a heads up!!

ive been randomly banned from ponytown for "inappropriate behavior", no elaboration whatsoever and they havent responded to the email i sent them so. cool. i havent even done anything but ok

after a while I decided.... if pony town has a proship tree why not ashes town?

a geniune question: why is the proship tree based on the safe server and not the 18+ server? this does seem more fitting for an adult space, does it not? regardless of there being proshippers who are minors, proshipping communities are, and have always been, centered around adult topics. a hangout spot for a community that primarily discusses sexual content when not discoursing should be on an adult server that is made for that content, should it not?

there's a couple reasons! but i do want to say rq i disagree that being proship primarily discusses sexual content. there's plenty of ways to talk about being anti-harassment and anti-censorship without touching the sexual topics.

it's where me and mod chica initially started sitting bc i used to sit on the 18+ and was v uncomfortable with the people there (mostly due to incredibly graphic rape and death threats, which would get you automatically kicked on the safe server), as well as chica (at the time) being slightly too young to go on the 18+.

minors are on the 18+ server as well, and i don't want to come across people talking about sexually explicit things, and accidentally engage in that kind of talk with a minor (if that makes sense? i can't find a better way to word that). on the safe server, i expect minors on the safe server + i don't see people talking abt sexual stuff as often, so it's much easier to block when i do.

adults are often banned from the 18+ server bc either they weren't adults when they started playing and/or they were flagged as underage, and pt moderation sucks so bad that it can take months to fix that issue. so, why not just keep it on the safe server so it's accessible?

i like to use ponytown as a screen saver, and there's not nearly as many ponies to look at on 18+.

at the end of the day, i still believe parents are responsible for their kids online, and maybe if they're too young/not able to handle the idea of someone shipping characters, they shouldn't be in a social chatroom game /nay anon

there's also not really anything stopping anyone from deciding to sit at the same tree on 18+! these are just the reasons chica and i don't.
