The Drunken Horns was a tongue in cheek name for an excellent eatery run by a family of Hellkin. And when members of the watch tried to harass them, the local royals, all human, happened to be there having dinner. It was their favorite place to unwind. This is the restaurant Dzak built. This is the chef with the crumpled horn who married the maiden who needs to be shorn, and brews all the beers from dusk to dawn, all in the place that Dzak built.
It's a very nice place. Lovely decor. Many who come there are very surprised to see that it was run entirely by Hellkin.
The greeter and waitstaff are Hellkin. The head chef is the very Dzak that established it. Their most obvious feature being one horn bent very much out of shape and shrivelled, compared to its healthier companion. The matching scar, near the crumpled horn, spoke of lucky survival and old, speciesist prejudices.

Protection Racket are a brand mostly noted for their work with casings for drums, however they also do a small range of guitar and bass cases which are great quality. I was looking for a foam padded guitar case for quite some time, and didn’t have the money to afford a Mono case…so I did my research to find some alternatives. I found the Protection Racket case and it just ticked all the boxes. Here is a step by step rundown of all the features included in this case.
Price: £77.34 (from Gear4Music)
Casing/Padding: The case is made using Rocket Foam padding, which is extremely tough and durable. Rocket Foam padding is strong enough to be walked on without causing any disruption to its structure. On the inside it is lined with a non-abrasive Propile fleece, which keeps the guitar warm when in the case. There are also detachable figure hugging inserts for slightly slimmer guitars, plus a neck rest with a strap to keep your guitar secure.
Transportation: On the back of the case there are two well made, sturdy straps, which make carrying your guitar around a much more comfortable experience. The case also features padding on the back, so you don’t find yourself with back pain (which often happens with non padded gig bags). A handle is also located on the side of the case so you can alternatively carry it in that way. On the back of the case there is a panel that can go over your straps and zip shut, if you want your straps to be out of the way.
Storage/Pockets: This case features three main pockets. The first (located on the very front of the case, with the Protection Racket Logo fixed on top) contains enough smaller pockets for all guitarists’ potential needs. There is a place for you to put your pens or pencils, a small pocket with a velcro closure for small things such as tuners or pick tins, space for you to put cards, and a mesh front pocket which is big enough for leads. The second pocket is just above the first on the front, and is big enough again for leads, and possibly some smaller books. The last pocket is certainly the biggest. This pocket is perfect for storing books (it’s big enough to fit a Real Book amongst others), and the odd pedal or two.
Other Features/Pros & Cons: On the back of the case there is a luggage tag (which is included) which you can use to fill in your information if you misplaced your case. The zip is very hardy and has holes attached which can easily be used to padlock your case if you so desire. With a guitar actually in the case, it can feel quite heavy (not to mention the case is understandably bulkier than your average gig bag), however the straps and the padding on the back are of such good quality that it doesn’t put an uncomfortable amount of strain on your back and shoulders.
I very much recommend checking this case out if you're looking for a more hardy transportation device for your instrument. They also have cases for bass, acoustic guitar, and classical guitar.
