Can we make a thing called: protectionsquad-ally?
A person who won't ask why are you in that squad, no matter who is it about.
They won't try to explain it to you why you're wrong.
They support you in having your own opinion.
They're clearly not in it, maybe they even hate that person/character, but respect your opinion and don't start talking about how much they hate them.
They don't tell you jokes about them hating that person/character, or about angsty things when they know it geniually upsets you and/or they didn't even ask if you're okay with those types of jokes.
But at the same time would listen to your venting about how people always throw hate on the person/character, or on them for liking the p/c. They don't say what you actually want to hear, they're just there and listen, because they're an ally.
Protectionsquad-allies don't have to be friends, just maybe even random people who you start talking because of the reason and this is their reaction when you tell about who's protectionsquad you are in.
So far I've only met with one person who wasn't my friend, but not just supported me with my own opinion, but said sorry for not being in that as well. @/gravityfactor 💚
