HEADCANON TIMMMEEE!!!! ITS LONG!
It's been FOREVER since I've done a headcanon on here.
Well, here's a wacky one... a really LONG one too.
(Some have seen it, so they know what it's about.)
I’ve read fics of Percy traveling to different universes. I even read him traveling to Disney Descendants (I can’t find the fic, unfortunately)
ANYWAYS! Instead of him doing it, why not have Disney Greek gods visit PJO AU lmao
(I need an excuse for Disney Hercules Apollo hitting on Percy, only to get chased down by PJO Apollo)
(Also, I just wanna see Apollo be petty with grape Apollo)
LET'S BEGIN!
-
Blue Hermes, Apollo and Artemis find this magic portal. Being the trouble maker that he is, Hermes messes with it, and the portal zaps the gods to different dimensions. Hermes finds himself at Marvel Thor’s AU, Norse mythology.
Apollo and Artemis themselves at PJO au.
The twins are lost.
Everything looks so… real!
Apollo looks handsome… despite being rich purple. Artemis looks terrifying and moody as always.
They come across a Titan, and they take care of the problem… in a goofy way.
Campers find them and take them to Camp Half-Blood. Dionysus is like… nope. I’m not getting into this.
Apollo and Artemis hang around the archery field when he sees Percy Jackson sparring with another camper. He flips a guy twice his size flawlessly. Shirtless, showing hot abs and a muscular torso. By the gods, he’s so sexy. Grape Apollo gets instant heart eyes. A gorgeous, powerful man.
He must court the demigod.
He’ll take him home, show the others, and father can marry them off. Green Artemis is impressed with the demigod.
Back at Olympus, Pjo Apollo hears about another Apollo walking around. He doesn’t believe the rumors and thinks it’s Hermes playing tricks.
During lunch, Percy sits at Apollo’s table when the grape Apollo sits beside him. Smiling, the grape Apollo is friendly with Percy. Percy is amused that he’s talking to another Apollo. However, when he hits on him, Percy stops the purple sun god in his tracks and leaves awkwardly. Apollo is saddened that the demigod rejects him, but he’s determined.
As Dite says, true love conquers all… or some shit.
Olympus is notified of Apollo and Artemis. Zeus summons them to the council, wanting to see the chaos. Grape Apollo and Hercules Artemis appear before them.
Finally, PJO Apollo meets Hercules’ Apollo, and he’s not moved.
Grape Apollo thinks this one is too gold and “scrawny”. Gold Apollo takes offense to that and almost curses him on the spot.
Until they return them to their universe, Zeus takes the twins and places them in their respective cabins. Hercules Apollo stays in Apollo’s cabin (much to Apollo’s dissatisfaction), and Hercules Artemis goes to the hunters’ cabin.
The Apollo cabin is fun.
Hercules Apollo loves them, but he’s stalked by PJO Apollo. Hercules Apollo sees Percy the next day and asks to train with him.
Being nice, Percy agrees.
It was fun.
Percy put up a good fight and caught Hercules Apollo off guard, but Hercules Apollo still beat Percy.
Again, Hercules Apollo flirts and Percy tells him, “I have a boyfriend.”
And Purple Apollo is heartbroken again… but he’s got spirit and drive! And a death wish…
-
Percy likes the purple Apollo. He’s nice, funny, weird, and fun to talk to. But he’s not his Apollo. He didn’t tell Apollo about his advances, not wanting his boyfriend to kill the goofy god.
Anyway, he gets ready to see his sunshine when the purple sun god shows up at his doorstep. He apologizes for his advances and will remain cordial. Nodding, Percy is friendly in return.
The two talked about their homes. Unbeknownst to him, Purple Apollo falls more in love and plots to conquer Percy’s heart.
-
For over two weeks, purple Apollo hangs out with either the Apollo cabin or Percy. He gets annoyed when Percy talks about his boyfriend. The heart eyes, his soft but loving tone, the genuine love and admiration he has for this… this mortal. The jealousy and rage simmer within him, and he wants nothing more than to shoot fireballs at him.
Percy shows him the promise ring his love gifted him. Red flushes his cheeks, and for the first time, the demigod is bashful.
He’s so cute...
Percy pulls out a piece of paper and asks to read it to purple Apollo, seeking his honest opinion and advice. When Percy sings, the purple is frozen in place. It's beautiful. Beautiful, as raw and genuine, it comes from the heart. There’s no denying that the boy is in love. Deeply in love. And that frightens and angers Purple Apollo. Despite his shaky voice, he proceeds until the song ends. Even through the venom, purple Apollo gives an honest review. He would love it.
Relieved, Percy beams and thanks him. He’s planning on singing to his love at the upcoming talent show. Purple Apollo wishes Percy good luck.
I must try harder.
Again, the boy is coy. Purple Apollo asks what’s with the sudden shyness. It turns out the demigod isn’t fully out with his relationship. Curious, Purple Apollo asks who’s this mortal that has captured his heart? Percy doesn’t share. There’s a sadness on his face. My, even that looks pretty on him. A hidden grin spread across the purple sun god’s face. This could be an advantage.
From getting to know Percy, he’s quite… modest. One would say, insecure. To add, fiercely independent, yet fiercely loyal. Maybe if he plays his cards right, this can help him.
Enough plotting. Let’s play.
Being extra warm but firm, purple Apollo questions the boyfriend’s loyalty. If he truly loves Perseus, he’d risk anything for him. As expected, the demigod becomes really defensive and defends his lover. It’s not his fault that his father won’t accept it. If he knew, his father would break them apart, no matter what Percy says.
Still, his boyfriend would risk it all.
Maybe he’s just not that important.
There’s hurt in the demigod's eyes.
It’s working.
Purple Apollo caresses his shoulder, pulling him in. If Percy were to sing that song, it would blow up in his face. The lover would be humiliated and, for sure, end things there, bringing a world of heartache, rejection, and mockery to the little hero.
Percy pushes him away, saying the god isn’t like that! He loves him.
Still, purple Apollo presses.
If he truly loved you, he wouldn’t hide you. It’s almost like he’s… ashamed.
No good comes from a relationship based on lies. Seeing the gears work behind those pretty green eyes gives the purple sun god great relief and satisfaction. He gives him time to think and considers the relationship for a moment.
If he wants to continue being someone’s little secret.
Once he makes it to camp, he tells Green Arty he might just score big! The boy of his dreams will be his!
-
Percy ponders in silence.
He thinks about what Purple Apollo told him, and he’s conflicted. It’s not that his Apollo is anything the purple sungod said, but Percy can’t help but feel inadequate. He’s lacking when his Apollo is the definition of perfect… literally.
Truth is, Percy and Apollo's relationship isn’t open.
His father would pitch a fit and would do anything in his power to stop the relationship. Terrified, Apollo recommends keeping private. For both their sakes.
They had a few arguments over it.
Apollo wants to preserve what they have before his father gives them hell, but Percy wants to be open and honest. He’s tired of hiding and keeping his love a secret. He wants to go on dates, take his boyfriend to family game nights, and just be free.
When purple Apollo mentions him being inadequate, it’d truly hurt.
Percy knows his boyfriend loves him… but he also knows he can find someone better and more worthy. He’s not Daphne or Hyacinthus.
The paper weighs in his hands, and Percy wonders whether singing it is a good idea.
-
In a few days, the council summons the Hercules twins.
Hephaestus has built a portal for the twins. So far, the portal opens, and Hercule Hermes zooms out. Terrified, the blue god clings to Purple Apollo and Green Artemis.
Hephaestus needs more time to fix the portal. By the night of the talent show, it should be ready.
Enough time to win the show and the son of Poseidon.
Purple Apollo beams.
Purple Apollo tells green Arty and blue Hermes he’s taking Percy home.
Green Arty thinks Purple Apollo has lost his mind. This will not work. The boy would tear his hair out before being forced into anything, and two, he’s greatly in love with his partner.
Purple Apollo only grins.
Not for long.
The next day, Purple Apollo knocks on Percy’s door, and he’s greeted by the sight of an upset Percy. His eyes tinted red, and his orange shirt had wet splotches. He came from a fight with his boyfriend. He’s being a coward, and Percy’s sick of it.
Purple Apollo hugs Percy, smiling all the while.
Percy hiccups. Maybe I’m not good enough.
Purple Apollo only shushes him. Purple Apollo has something for Percy on the night of the talent show. Percy doesn’t want to attend, feeling too sour and hurt. But purple Apollo insists. It’s one he’ll never forget.
Fast forward, it’s the night of the talent show.
Purple Apollo dressed in his best and got ready to sing. He sees a marvelous crowd.
All the gods are sitting in their special chairs. The golden one gives him the creeps. He looks too stiff and annoyed… there’s even a hint of sadness. Sucks to be him.
Anyways, the show is splendid so far.
Many good performances, but he knows they will pale compared to his.
He expects thunderous applause and praise, but… not Percy Jackson being next in line.
The demigod’s dressed nicely and looks scrumptious, but his trembling eyes are visible.
Purple Apollo watches as he gets on stage. Percy pauses for a moment, his throat croaking before singing.
What?! He dares sing that fucking song!
The demigod starts slow and shy before getting bold, and now he’s pouring his heart out, grabbing the mic. The crowd is feeling it, of course. He sounds so beautiful and sincere, and it’s pissing Purple Apollo off. He’s still in love with that bastard, despite crying in his arms.
The song finishes as Percy looks at the seat of the gods. Many were moved, especially the golden god who looks like he’s about to leap from his seat.
Percy earns a sea of praise and applause. But it didn’t matter, as the demigod turned backstage, wiping his eyes.
This is beyond ridiculous!
Purple Apollo doesn’t wait til the currents drop when he storms on stage and confronts Percy.
What the fuck is he thinking?! Is he stupid?! Why would he do this?! That bastard doesn’t deserve his voice or heart after hurting him.
It’s like his words went in one ear and out the other, and Purple Apollo knew he couldn’t persuade him.
Percy defends him still and doesn’t want to hear any more of this.
The heat spikes, and Purple Apollo is certain it’s coming from his rage.
Purple Apollo persists, bringing up how he’s treating him like a dirty secret. Is he satisfied being someone’s dirty secret?
Still, the demigod wants him and will accept it. Even if it pains him. They’ll talk about it together.
Nothing is working!
Purple Apollo tries one last time.
Remember, he thinks you’re inadequate.
The pain in his eyes sharpens.
You’ll never amount to anything in his eyes. Will that satisfy you?
He expects a lot of things— to be punched or chewed out by the demigod, but not solemnness. He’s close to tears.
It’s a blur.
One second, it’s just them; now the golden sun god is in his face, and purple Apollo realizes the intense heat isn’t coming from himself.
An arrow tip presses dangerously on his neck, drawing out blood, but honestly, the piercing glare scares him more.
Golden Apollo has some choice of words. He dares to interfere with his relationship—he dares to poison his boyfriend’s mind.
Purple Apollo doesn't back down. He would make a better lover for Percy. He wouldn’t hide him like some stain—
He didn’t have time to finish that sentence when something hard collided into his nose. Blood gets everywhere, some dripping from Golden Apollo’s hand.
Green Arty and Blue Hermes watch in horror and dismay.
Purple Apollo now sees he fucked up truly. Even with the sun, the other sun god wields it with grace and fierceness. Just with the tip of his finger, he can scorch him until he’s a pile of ash.
It isn’t until a tan hand grabs his hand that the sun god pulls away and focuses on his lover. Radiating gold dims, and the sun god takes his boyfriend in his arms and apologizes. He is such a coward for allowing this to continue, but no more. Apollo looks up to Poseidon, who’s growling, clutching his trident.
Still, Apollo holds Percy protectively. He’s not going anywhere. Smiling, Percy kisses him greatly, and golden Apollo returns the same energy.
The crowd goes wild and applauds, and even the king nods with a scowl.
Even undignified purple Apollo tries again and pleads for Percy to reconsider.
Percy scoffs. He looks pathetic. Just like when he hit on at camp.
Purple Apollo wishes the demigod hadn’t said that because now the golden sun god stiffens and gives him a death stare.
Putting Percy down, the sun god whips out his bow and arrow and aims at purple Apollo. And I thought my wrath was bad… Before the arm makes contact, Purple Apollo blitzes… only to feel the intense heat behind him.
They chase for what feels like hours. The golden sun god is on his tail… truly, this feels like he’s taunting him.
Finally, Apollo corners him. A bright, sadistic smile burns in his memory. What does Percy see in him? It isn’t until Zeus orders Apollo to yield and cease. The portal is ready for them. Just because he doesn’t torture him doesn’t mean he’s necessarily safe. The golden god drags him by the hair to Olympus, like dragging a dead carcass.
He only drops him to clean his hands before reuniting with his beloved, who chuckled at his antics.
Everyone says their goodbyes.
Green Arty will miss the hunters, as Blue Hermes will miss the Hermes cabin and his PJO self.
The Apollo cabin basically abandoned him after what happened on stage. Not even the cute little Apollo kid gives him a smile.
Purple Apollo looks back at Percy, who focused on his Apollo. The golden god gives him a glint of death, itching to tear his hair out again.
Purple Apollo walks to the portal in rage. Green Arty went first, then Blue Hermes.
It’s not fair! He should’ve won. Why the fuck is this happening to him?! If only he had time, he could still fix this…
Maybe I still can…
Grabbing Hermes’ sandal, he tosses it far into the distance. No one really does anything, thinking it’s another tantrum.
The purple god gets on his knees, begging Percy for forgiveness. He knows he shouldn’t have done that. It was unbecoming of him. Golden Apollo sneers and takes out an arrow, telling him to leave or else.
Good. It’s going according to plan.
He proceeds to gravel. Please accept this token. Honor him one more time and let him—
Surprisingly, Percy guides him to the portal, just wanting him to shut up and leave. In his favor, the shoe returns like a boomerang just in time. With one hand, Purple Apollo hurls Percy over his shoulder and jumps into the portal. The golden god shoots without hesitation, but Purple Apollo redirects it, and it strikes the portal button, breaking it.
The shoe made it just in time, and Purple Apollo grabs it. However, Golden Apollo reaches out for Percy’s hand. Luckily, the portal closes, lasers chopping the fucker’s hand off. Percy mourns.
Don’t worry, little warrior. I’ll take care of you.
Within five seconds, Purple Apollo enters his own world again. Green Artemis and Blue Hermes are terrified as they see a livid Percy Jackson in the grasp of a happy Purple Apollo. Purple Apollo gives them all a smile.
See! It worked! Love wins!
After Percy stabs his shoulder, he finally releases him. The demigod runs to the chopped hand of his lover and holds it to his chest. Then, Percy noticed how he’d all cartoon… not human or real.
Blue Hermes vows never to mess with those things again.
Purple Apollo brings Percy to Olympus to show his family. Ofc, he had to restrain Percy from hurting him, but it worked in the end. Olympus is happy for Apollo, and Zeus plans to wed them as soon as possible.
Green Artemis feels horrible watching the son of Poseidon weep and rage out. This is just wrong. He should be with his family and lover… not here.
The three Morgi appear before them and send a warning.
A great plague will enter their world, one that none of them has ever seen or conquered. If they wish to avoid such a travesty, they must return the boy to where he was.
Zeus, however, tells them to fuck off. Whatever danger comes, they’ll handle it, or he’ll get his son, Hercules, to take care of it. Right now, we have a wedding to prepare!
Green Artemis and even Blue Hermes pleaded with purple Apollo to return Percy, but their brother’s delusion persisted.
Not wanting their world doomed, Green Artemis and blue Hermes, even Athena and fish Poseidon, help Percy to the portals.
Bidding them goodbye, Percy jumps through the portal, but something went wrong.
Instead of returning to his world, he appears in another one. And he meets another Apollo who’s more… feminine yet handsome. Only this one has golden sun-eyes and long, straight hair.
These are ancient times, which can only mean one thing.
Back in the Hercules world, Purple Apollo is livid that Percy has escaped.
He demands to search for and return him so they can wed.
It isn’t until the portal opens that, instead of Perseus, Purple Apollo stands frozen in fear.
The same bright smile haunts him as golden Apollo appears. His hand clutches the silver bows. Voice dark, he vows to unleash chaos until he has his love in his arms, safe and close.
His gold eyes set on Purple Apollo.
And once in his life, Purple Apollo stares death in the eyes.
Time to die.
-
Will Percy make it home? Will Apollo delete every universe and Apollos?
Once I’ve done the other fics and I still have motivation for this idea, I’ll write it. I have so many things to do, and I don't want to overload, but I LOVE THIS IDEA.
Anyways, tootles xxx
