Before the Fallout by yours truly, Haruki-ya
when the only thing they popped were pills and all they shot were snot rockets, just a bunch of juvenile delinquents in the streets of a rotten city, the misguided youth allegiance
they always did have the world in the palm of their hands

Protector 101 put out a perfect album for Friday the 13th, a dark synth album that serves as the soundtrack to a retro horror slasher film, Killer Campout!
Still an excellent album...

"Solitary Star" / Protector 101
Year: 2013
Country: 🇺🇸 (US)
Genre: Ambient / Electronic / Soundtrack
On their Bandcamp Protector 101 presents their album as a "concept score release that can be used for an 80's esque sci-fi movie" and their "first attempt at scoring a movie (one that hasn't been made yet)" and, indeed, it manages to transport us probably to a spaceship or a space station, where a group of people are about to discover some of the dark secrets of outer space. The tension is constant in all the songs and makes you rethink whether you really want to know what lies beyond.
Fave song ⭐: "Program"
