Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey. 1/2 cup Muscle Mac protein macaroni and cheese mix. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced bell peppers any color. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Whole wheat burger buns. Lettuce, tomato slices, and condiments for topping.
Instructions: Cook the Muscle Mac protein macaroni and cheese according to package instructions. Let it cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and cheese, ground beef or turkey, diced onions, diced bell peppers, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
