So I have mixed feelings about this shit and it's mostly coming from the whole "we can only fucking wait and see what happens" thing.
First of all, I'm kind of confused. I thought Netanyahu wanted that land and uses Judaism as an excuse, but he's willing to sell (or give?) it to Trump? What the fuck was the point of the genocide?!
Second, the fact that he'll just sell (or give?) the Gaza strip to Trump but not Biden makes me fear for the people still stuck in there. If there are still people alive there.
I still believe that Biden's weak-ass reluctance was mostly due to how strong of a trade partner Israel is for us. If the offer of handing over or selling the strip to Biden was made then there wouldn't have been a need for reluctance. Biden could've taken the offer, help the people in Gaza in some way while also not hurting the trading relationship with Israel. So I highly doubt that it was even offered to him.
Hell, maybe this is just Netanyahu's way of trying to weasel out of being one of the most wanted man outside of Israel right now? Like, he can't even go to fucking Poland without getting arrested. I dunno how giving Gaza to Trump would erase those warrants, though.
And he probably gave the Gaza strip to Trump and not Biden because he knew that Trump would either let him continue to murder everybody on the strip, or Trump would get them murdered himself.
Third, I'm frustrated because Trump is like "Hey Gaza, you're going to have to leave!" which is disgusting, but also they fucking tried that! They fucking tried going to Egypt but Israel was there at the border killing them and blowing up the way out!
If it wasn't fucking Trump I'd probably be like "hey, maybe they can actually do that now!" They'd probably just be pushed to the other parts of Palestine where the IDF soldiers would wait at the border to kill them. (That'd be the easiest solution to getting rid of them. I doubt that Trump would want to do use Guantanamo Bay for them when he has that option instead.)
Trump said that he wants to turn it into a "Riviera," which is a coastline. But it's already a coastline. I think what he meant is that he wants to build shit like hotels and casinos there.
I honestly don't really care what the hell he wants to build on it. It wouldn't work anyway because I don't know anybody who would want to take a vacation near a genocide zone. Like, some MAGAts would, but they'd complain about all of the noises coming from jets and bombs at the border and they'd never want to go there ever again.
If I'm wrong and they get to go to a country that will actually protect them then great! That's probably the best they can hope for at this point!
