SYNOPSIS (FROM DC DATABASE)

To get to R. J. Brande, Leland McCauley vows to have his men smash through the Legion of Super-Heroes first.

REVIEW

It’s hard to tell if this is the end of R. J . Brande, but it’s probably not (I also thought he couldn’t change forms, unless he is talking about plastic surgery. Levitz knows the character, so maybe I forgot about another story where he regained that power).

The issue was a good use of the legionnaires’ powers. But I am still wondering about Proty II (who I haven’t seen in a long time until this issue), I wonder if the whole Brande leaving and changing form is related to him.

I give this issue a score of 8
