STOP SKIN SHAMING

Today, i saw a post on facebook.

What Lienel did to Karina (Search PBB Otso: Karina VS Lienel on youtube for further info) was inappropriate. Lienel calling Karina “Malandi” (flirt) on national tv is never right, but a girl speaking her mind is okay. They’re in a so-called reality tv show right? So they have the right to be honest— to be real.

My point is calling a girl “Negra”, “lagom” (dark skin), “model sa uling” (charcoal model) just because she speaks her mind is never okay. It’s not okay to degrade a person just because of her skin color. Lienel is beautiful no matter what her skin color is.

Lastly, living in the squatter’s area is not synonymous to acting like an uneducated person.

And i know i’m beating around the bush, but to sum it all up and...
