COUCOU les AMI(es)...VOICI les RECETTES GOURMANDISSIME ♡♡♡ CUSTOMISER de CRICRI ☆.Dans le PRÉCÉDENT POST , vous avez découvert la VERSION {VEGAN} et la PRÉPARATION en VIDÉOS, AUJOURD'HUI je vous fait découvrir les deux VERSIONS que j'ai choisi pour VOUS : 1) GARNITURES; Galette SAVEUR D'ORIENT, avec Chedar, curcuma, tomates émincés, oignons rouges, +[sauce spéciale cricri♡ : crème de soja semi épaisse, curry,ras hamout, basilic, persil,ail et huile de colza...UNE TUERIE!!!. 2) SAVEUR PROVENCALE ; mozarella, sauce tomates/olives, gruyeres {un peu),hdp,ail,huile d'olives et des poivrons 3 couleurs et Sel & poivre. ==> ASTUCES: j'ai cuit mes galettes de petits taille afin de former une fleur, disposer en triangle, j'y ai déposer ma garniture dans son centre et ensuite, refermer pour former un triangle et pouvoir le retourner et terminer la cuisson... ~~~Voilà, j'espère que ces deux Galettes , vous fond salivez les papilles...Et que ça vous donnera l'envie d'en faire très prochainement...N'HÉSITER pas à COMMENTER et PARTAGER autour de VOUS, je vous SOUHAITE à TOUS, un très BON WEEK-END !!! Provençal Tian 

A great way to use summer vegetables.

Slice up in medium-thick rounds the following vegetables: 3-4 courgettes (green or yellow), 2-3 long aubergines (purple, mauve or white), and 4-5 tomatoes (olive/roma or round), and 4 garlic. 

Drizzle olive oil at the bottom of a deep baking dish. Lay the garlic slices on top, thenLine up the vegetable rounds on their sides in neat and tight alternating rows (one vegetable per row). When the dish is filled, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on some sea salt and some fresh or dried thyme, 

Bake in the oven on a low heat (120c) for a good 3-4hrs. A good trick is to tilt the dish slightly while in the oven. A small terracotta dish would work well.
