in a public restroom. 

Even if we were to stop GHG emissions today, their fallout will affect centuries, & given the prevailing power relations based on fossil burning, exploitation, and plunder, this is an inevitably overstraining maxim (similar to Jesus' command to love one's enemies). 

So, most likely, the children will inevitably live and die with a sense of failure.
