normally I would say no,  but like with Vicki and their whole back and fourth thing,  maybe.  like I could see her flirting with someone else to piss him off and it working but he’d never show it to her.  he’d probably just pick a fight with the other guy for a  ‘different‘  reason and denying he was jealous if he was confronted.

an eyebrow will raise at the  insult  and a laugh will fall from Billy’s lips.  honestly who was she  KIDDING?  they  both  knew that Billy was more then she could handle at times.  eyes will glance around the group of girls Billy  knew  Vicki was trying to impress with her little  ATTITUDE  towards him and he’ll take a step closer to her.  tongue peeks out to lick over his lips as he eyes her before his voice drops to a whisper.  “ yeah?  is that why you were  SORE  every day when we were dating? “  he’ll ask with a smirk while back up from her.
