The boy nods. The rags are gone, and he's now attired - somewhat incongruously - in an old Junior Prydonian gown the Doctor found in the TARDIS wardrobe, the only clothes he could find to fit a child of his years.
I have questions. Was it Susan's? Or (less likely) the Doctor's? Is that the kind of gown worn before the Untempered Schism? (Clowning: did Marnal leave it there somehow?)
(The boy is a 10 years old orphan, saved from the Dalek Emperor by Dalek 444, a Dalek scientist who shoved him into his improved casing to save his life, sacrificing itself in the process.)
Currently over-analyzing that one throwaway line in Spring where Cardinal Zero referred to the Doctor as his cousin.
Was he making it up? Probably.
But are both of them Prydonians? Absolutely. And my overly analytical brain is just:

Reading documents about the Chapterhouses in a nutshell:
Arcalians are quiet and don't like talking to us for SOME REASON so we don't really know much about them outside of what they've written about themselves and those are clearly biased.
We tried to talk to the Patrexes but they kept offering us ginger and we couldn't figure out what was going on but one of the Tots gave us a drawing so they probably all like art?
Uhhh I don't really think we need to talk about the other houses I'm sure people have already written about them right? Yeah.
PRYDONIANS ARE THE ABSOLUTE COOLEST AND SMARTEST AND WE'VE BEEN THE RULING CHAPTER OF GALLIFREY FOR SO LONG BECAUSE OF HOW COOL WE ARE AND DID YOU KNOW THAT RASSILON WAS A PRYDONIAN YEAH THATS SO COOL RIGHT???
