I feel like we don't see nearly enough into what Leela's life is like now :(
I'm fascinated by the hints we do get, though. 1) She's accepted not just as a member of Time Lord society but as an official liaison between two major government agencies. 2) She values that position despite its bureaucratic nature. 3) She's willing to spy, backstab, and politically maneuver around that position if necessary. 4) When the maneuvering doesn't work out, she leans really hard on "the Sevateem way" to an extent we've rarely seen before.
Conclusion: Leela is sooo Time Lord now. She's really integrated into the community in a way she never did before, to the point that she's widely acknowledged as One of Them. Most of the time she's comfortable with this, but whenever she finds herself acting too Time Lord (duplicitous and political) she defaults hard back to Being Sevateem in reaction.
