If you have to mute, unfollow and unfriend people on social media AND in real life — it’s OKAY 👌🏾 Inner turmoil comes when we ignore our spirit and it’s directives. If your first mind is telling you NOT to do something, DON’T do it. If you know deep down inside certain people you follow on social media are causing you to stumble, remove them. Remember God abides in each and every one of us. The Holy Spirit will NOT lead us wrong. He has a plan and a journey for each of us! Don’t delay your blessings because you choose to ignore the spirit and appease your flesh. Instant gratification isn’t worth a lifetime of HELL! If your friend tags you in a post making fun of other people, decide against commenting and contributing to negative social media culture. You may not know that person but God does. Again I say, “I will set NOTHING wicked before my eyes” (Psalm 101:3). If you have friends that RT and like distasteful images or say derogatory things, you reserve the right to BLOCK, mute, unfollow and unfriend 😊 I am now treating social media like a virtual, real time vision board. Since we as millennials check our social media’s countless times a day, why not tailor these spaces to only produce positive imagery and affirmations? I’m doing these changes for myself and no one else. When you decide to truly change your mindset & behaviors, some people won’t know how to accept that. It’s not your job to make them understand. Just as God transformed your heart, only He can transform theirs. Continue to walk, talk & lead in love..
{This unintentional word came from my meditation on Psalm 101 this morning} ✨♥️🙏🏽
