False killer whale - 2026 - Sealife

The third and last friend of the Sealife commission, the fantastical False killer whale. Another favourite of mine. And another species painted previously, and though this latest version still looks a lot like her predecessors, I luckily still managed to find some new details to include. I've always loved these noodles (seriously, there are some photos that will boggle your mind - black spaghettis flying in the air) and it's always a fun day to draw one. I hope you like her too!

Cetacean OC stuff that I completely neglected to post. It’s been a hot minute since I last drew a piece like this featuring Seymour, Koharu and Keto, so consider this painting as a bit of practice. Hopefully, I can fully get back to drawing proper scenes with them. I just wanted to be confident enough with their designs and the new rendering style.

Even though they do not look especially similar from the outside, their skeletal structures are a different story.
