The only thing on my mind right now is what I’m going to eat for dinner tonight. Should I order take out or should I prepare a home cooked meal?

To be honest, I don’t have one favorite color. In fact, I have three! I like the colors blue, green, and purple.

The last person I hugged was my omma when she came to visit me in Seoul. I can’t say that that we’ve had a tickle fight, but I can say that she has tickled me relentlessly when I was a child.

I’m pretty sure I was sleeping at 8 this morning and begging my alarm clock for 5 more minutes.

My closest friend? Hmm… well, knowing her, she’s probably out and about Seoul doing god knows what.

I can honestly say that I wouldn’t change myself just because someone didn’t like something about me. If they like me for who I am, then great— I’m glad that I’m great just the way I am. If they don’t, well then screw them. I’m not here to cater myself to them, especially if they aren’t the ones signing my checks.

I’d like to believe that a relationship without sex is very possible. Some people prefer to wait until after marriage before engaging in sexual activities and I respect them for their decision.

[ ☆ ] 140801: Has your muse gone through any sort of childhood trauma? How does it affect your muse now?

Ever since she was a young child, Shinhye knew that in order to be well off in life, one would have to work hard. While growing up in Gwangju, she always knew that her parents over worked themselves so she could have a better life. Her father owned a small food stand, selling Korean street foods such as odeng, tteokbokki, other small things. Her mother worked various odd jobs such as cleaning homes, washing dishes, and taking care of other children.

Everything was running smoothly as her family got by barely reaching the middle class status. That is, until her father had a stroke rendering him from working the stand. With the medical bills piling up and little incoming coming in, her family's standard of living drastically changed. She was on borderline poverty status. Although her father soon regained his health, the bills seem to be never ending as they struggled to barely get by with what they have.

Since then, Shinhye has learned to never take one's health for granted. That in order to not face the unexpected hardship like that, one should have a source of incoming in order to take better care of one self. If it weren't for her mother's strong perseverance, she would probably be living on the streets with no education to help her have a better life. That traumatic experience as a little girl taught her a valuable less: that she should always expect the unexpected.

I feel as if this is a tricky question. It’s so hard to pick just one color, so my favorite colors are: purple, green, and blue — not necessarily in that specific order.

Considering I decided to wear flats to work today, I’m not wearing any socks.

[ ☆ ] 33. What do you typically have for breakfast?

That depends on the day. Sometimes the office will have doughnuts, bagels, and other snacks available in the break room. If I’m not feeling any of those things, I would eat a bowl of rice with egg (or another type of protein) and kimchi at home before going into work.

Hmm… the best way to describe me would be an extrovert with introvert tendencies.

At the moment? I’ve been listening to Darling by Girl’s Day a lot.

I actually watch a lot of movies, so I can’t say which exactly are my favorite. However, if I had to name a few they would be: A Walk To Remember, 27 Dresses, and all Disney movies.

Well then… { ` she purses her lips together; } to be perfectly honest with you I don’t even who would be my ideal partner. I’ve kinda just wing it to see if anyone interesting comes my way.

[ ☆ ] How do they act around the other AND residents? Is there anyone they are particularly close with or wish to be?

-- When Shinhye is at the company building and surrounded by the other AND Entertainment residents, the twenty-four year old acts like she is suppose to: courteous and professional. When she is not on the clock but sees them out and about in Seoul, she treats them just like she would treat anybody else: with kindness and a friendly, warm smile.

-- To be completely honestly, there are some AND Entertainment residents Shinhye is close with and some she wishes to be close with. However, for the sake of their privacy and her own self-preservation, she'll keep that information undisclosed for the time being. After all, she rather keep her personal affairs... well, for lack of better words, personal.

[ ☆ ] What other abilities are your characters good at? Are they tech-savvy? Athletic? Maybe inhumanly intelligent? Name some and why they decided to go with their opted career instead.

-- For the most part, Shinhye likes to think that she is a well rounded person who, surprisingly enough, has other interests other than her chosen career as a publicist for AND Entertainment. For example, just to name a few things, she is either quite skilled in or heavily enjoys the following things:

Athletic: She may only stand approximately 5'5" (168cm), but don't let that fool you. As someone who grew up loving sports and even participated in a few games / matches, Shinhye is surprisingly athletic. Rather than become a professional athlete, she mostly just trains and plays for recreational purposes as a last minute addition.

Culinary: For someone who loves to eat a lot, it kind of goes hand in hand that she would also love to cook and bake as well. Sure, she never went to culinary school to learn how to cook and bake, but who needs to pay for the fancy lessons when she can just learn some (of the best) home made recipes for free from her omma?

Dancing: It all started when she was a young girl, her mother enrolled her in a couple of lessons at a dance studio in order to help fix her posture. Although she was against it at first, she soon found it to be most enjoyable -- often dancing the night away either freestyle or a choreography with her friends. She just does it for fun.

Singing: Unless you've heard her in the showers or seen her (most likely intoxicated) singing at a KTV bar, you wouldn't know that Shinhye can sing. Working in the industry that she works in now, she's too self conscious to sing in front of others unless she's down some liquid courage. That's why she leaves it to the professionals.

Tech-savvy: It comes to now surprise that Shinhye is extremely tech-savvy. As someone with a degree in Media Journalism and Mass Communications, her entire career revolves around computers. This is why she knows how to fix and operate them with little to no trouble at all. However, tech support isn't really her thing.

Writing: Creative writing has always been an outlet for her to express herself. After becoming a journalist writing for a major newspaper company in Seoul, she soon learned that she can't always write about what she wants to. In order for the paper to sell and for her to get readers, she needed to cater to their needs instead of her own.
