Yeah it's mainly just my period and...the fact that I'm flying soon for the first time since I had that huge panic attack on the bus this summer. But it's not even as long as the bus and I'll be with my parents so it'll be fine. I obsessed over it yesterday and when you obsess over anything you end up making yourself more anxious BAD SELF lol. Breathing.
