Time for catching up. [Disciple/Psiioniic]
The first thing she’s aware of is a tightness that binds her chest as well as a gentle coolness that’s soothing to her wounds. She stirs slowly as she cautiously opens her eyes, met first by the glaring overhead lights which causes her to throw her arm over her eyes, sighing quietly from the consequential darkness. She’d forgotten how good the medical care was in this place.
Sure it’s a hellhole where you get beaten and abused for saying the wrong things or moving too quickly but at least the drugs are good. She uncovers her eyes and props herself up as she pulls the front of the provided smock dress thing forwards, checking her bandages. They’re done properly now, with full dressings from what she can tell. Thank goodness for that. She slumps back against the pillow again, staring up at the ceiling. She idly wonders where Kaiser and Sanian are right now.
