This is a slow-mo of the foot bump method I use to get my foot back in from one leg hooping. Notice that I continue pumping/paddling with the stationary leg as my other foot is going in, and when I put both feet on the ground I start spinning in the same direction the hoop is going. Those things help a lot, especially because this is a small hoop and my leggings are slippery! After a lot of practice, you will be able to get your leg in cleanly without a bump...
