I think it's fairly interesting how you can very easily deduce that Charles was born in 1932 even though Marvel doesn't work with a linear timescale.
The real defining factor is that Charles was drafted into the Korean war, which began in 1950, so unless we're to think that he was drafted in the middle of the war — which I do not believe was implied, then he was 18 when drafted. This is more so supported by the fact that Moira met Charles at 17, and the comics make reference that he began studying at Oxford at 16. Knowing he is a genius (and higher) level intellect does not make it crazy to think he completed his studies in three years, or perhaps got his PhD in advance knowing he had been drafted.
This isn't even important or anything I just think it's neat to think about. And to think he'd be 94 in 2026.
