The Paris trip was cut short for Elliot, and although Zero was sad she understood that they were just opening their shop, and needed to keep the ball rolling. It was the call she got during a studio session that almost made her faint. Her PR agent called and informed her that Versace sent over her private jet, and that it was a family emergency. Nobody would tell him specifically what was going on, his phone was dead, and he was up in the air. The three shots of Tequila eased his mind for the pane ride, but when he touched down he could feel this grim energy.
"Are you finally going to tell me what's going on, why I had to leave Paris so quick?" Zero questioned her boss when she got into the SUV. Versace knew how much the young couple loved each other, and was going to hate this ride. "Elliot was shot a few hours ago, he's in surgery, but in Critical condition."
"Huh?" Zero couldn't believe what she was hearing. As the news settled in all she could hear was her heart trying to explode out of her chest. He knew that his partner hung around men that lived the fast life, but she never thought she'd be getting a call telling her that the man she loves has been shot.
Versace walked inside the hospital with Zero. Elliot wasn't dead, but he was shot so there was no guarantee he was going to make it out of surgery alive. When they got in the lobby they were greeted by Mike, and apparently his sister Monet.
Confessional: The man I love isn't a thug, or a criminal so to have to sit by his bed, with tubes coming out of him, it's tough. The love we have for each other is guaranteed, so I just have to pray that he makes it out of this.(producer in the background: "Lets get Zero some tissues, and lets take five guys
