A snowy festive day in the faction isles!

Headcannon for this scene is that in the faction isle’s town around the holidays, they have a kind of a festive night market, cause when it’s day, everyone is doing stuff, but at night they all gather to have fun and stuff!

Some Pirates SMP fanart I made of something happening in a Scott smajor Pirates SMP stream that I watched!

Owen blew up Acho and it was very funny

So, I just watched the Pirates SMP lore stream from the 13th of October, and I thought the joke about the rope being made from Owen's hair was funny.

But I was wondering, for you to have THAT much rope in 4 weeks of growth time, how fast would your hair need to grow?

In the chest, I counted 106 pieces of rope total. Each piece of rope spans 1 block, which converts to 1 meter irl.

So, after 4 weeks Owen's hair has grown 106 meters. 4 weeks is 28 days.

HIS HAIR WOULD HAVE TO GROW (approximately) 3.8 METERS A DAY.

That means 16 centimeters an hour, 2 millimeters a minute.

For the Americans in the crowd who this means nothing to, her hair grows 12.5 feet a day, 6 inches an hour, and .07 inches a minute. (If the math isn't adding up it's because all these numbers are rounded from already rounded numbers, so it's not perfectly exact)

I didn't know the song before your ask, but now I've listened to it and it sounds awesome!! Here's the summary that the title you've given inspired, it gave me Pirates SMP Owen vibes:

Before Owen came to the Faction Isles, her relationship with with her family had been more akin to shackles pinning him to the walls of the home he grew up in.

She had always wished to escape her home and set sail. Now that Owen has managed to escape the coast of the island that had been his home, she hoped to never have to worry about her blood family again.

Unfortunately, it seems as though his family wasn't quite so ready to let go of their prized heir.

The reappearance of people she had escaped brought the question of the ages to Owen's mind: Who was he really? A pirate of the free and open seas? Or a rich heiress of her family's design?
