Slipping into the apartment building, she walked across the cool marble floors before reaching the elevator. At eight am, most people would be leaving, but she was just coming in. She had spent the night doing what she could to make a little extra cash, and didn't even bother to go home. Home, something that was strange for her to have now, but in reality she was just at the mercy of Leo, staying in his spare room until she could get on her feet.
Unlocking the door she walked into the luxurious apartment, she didn't hear anyone about, and by the missing keys by the door she figured that Leo had already headed out for the day. Smiling that she had the place to herself, she went to the kitchen, flipping on some music and setting out to cook. Letting the music take over the redhead danced around the kitchen as she cooked, the smell of bacon and pancakes quickly filling the apartment.
