PHOTOTHERAPY EVERY WEEKDAY (ESSENTIAL FOR ME)
CARDIO EXERCISE (I RUN ON 11KM/HR FOR 30 MINS)
1+ LITRE OF WATER (FILTERED IF POSSIBLE)
VEGAN DIET (OR JUST TRY TO EAT HEALTHIER/MORE VEGGIES)
OVERNIGHT CREAM (TAR, DAIVOBET ETC)
FISH OIL CAPSULES (PHARMACIST CONVINCED ME WHEN I WAS GETTING MORE CREAM - I THINK IT REALLY HELPED)
these are the only things that seem to improve my skin. recently, I committed fully to the above for about a week and 90% of my psoriasis vanished. It has been months since then and it still hasn't come back! I'm going back to this routine to try and erase the remaining 10% from my scalp, body and nails. important note: i'm really impatient and this is a hard routine for me to stick to so luckily results were seen almost instantly. i encourage you to try incorporating at least one of these habits into your routine - diet and water intake is probably the most important but be warned that i never really saw a proper result unless i combined at least most of the above.
i've probably said something like this before but imagine your psoriasis is a fire.. every good thing you do for your body is a little bit of water on that fire and every bad thing is more wood. based on my experience, you need to do a lot of good things at once to make an impact. another note: use soap free body wash and avoid hot showers message me if you need x
