Couple headcanons for how I write Louis and Owen and just vamps in general-
Vampirism doesn't stop aging until a fledgling's body is around their 30s, but a vampire keep growing as decades and decades pass. Not aging, growing.
The Louis I write is roughly 2600+ years old (turned when he was 8, aging one year bodily for each century, placing him bodily at about 34) and even though he's hit his physical aging peak for immortality, he's going to keep getting taller bit by bit and proportionally fill in as he does.
By the time of the current headcanons, Louis is only like 6'2. By the point of a modern time/the reincarnationAU? He's 6'4.
(This does also mean the longer we keep this going the taller our gremlin boi Owen gets 😔)
Their ears also keep growing. Like, side by side comparison of the fiancés, Louis has much longer and pointier ears than Owen.
