PSU would like to welcome you to the beginning of the year mixer! This event is held each year to give students, faculty, staff and alumni a chance to meet before the start of the semester. Food and beverages will be available, as well as an open bar for anyone over 21 (writst band provided) Where: The ballroom of The Empire Hotel When: Saturday 7/13 @ 8PM Attire: Casual While the event takes place on Saturday evening IC, interactions can begin as early as Saturday morning (we'll make a post when they can begin) and last through the weekend. Please use the tag #psueventstarter for all starters that are taking place at the event, and #psuevent1 for all event posts. Dash interactions, texts, and ftf are all welcome, however, if an open ftf is posted, a player should claim that post by liking it and no other players should respond. If you need further explanation on this, please feel free to message us! Additionally, we did ask those willing to participate in a small task to let us know in discord and would like to fill you in on the task now. In order to encourage a bit of extra mingling we’ll be pairing up participating players to do ONE ftf with their partner. It can be between whatever characters you choose if you play more than one, and it can be completed on the dash or in discord and can be as long or as short as you’d like. We promise, we’re not trying to torture anyone, just want to give people who may not always interact a chance to branch out! You are, of course, welcome to do as many ftfs with as many characters as you’d like for the event, but will just need to do at least ONE with your pair.
