The abandoned Rochester Psychiatric Center.  

This is an abandoned fifteen story building. It was operational into the 1990's as a residence, classroom, and medical facility for the severely mentally ill.  

Everything is falling apart from the floors to the ceilings.  Many people have entered the building since its demise and have caused additional destruction.  The roof top is in new condition, but most of the building looks partially demolished.
